About Daily Reps

Daily Reps is a stopwatch for exercising, not a fitness tracker. Choose an exercise or build a custom timer, set how long to work, how long to rest and how many rounds to do, then start. The big countdown, round counter and a "next up" hint are readable from across the room.

Work and rest follow each other automatically, with optional beeps and vibration when an interval changes. You can save your own presets, and everything stays on your device.

Questions

Does Daily Reps need an internet connection?
No. It works fully offline and does not request the internet permission.
Does it track my workouts or health data?
No. Daily Reps only counts down the intervals you set. It does not record workouts, calories, heart rate or any history.
Where are my presets stored?
Only on your device, in the app’s private storage. They are not backed up to the cloud or sent anywhere.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a preset inside the app, or clear the app’s storage in Android Settings under Apps, Daily Reps, Storage. Uninstalling the app removes everything.
I cannot hear the beeps or feel the vibration.
Check that Sound and Vibration are switched on in the app’s Settings, that your media volume is up, and that vibration is allowed in your phone’s system settings.
Does the timer keep running if I switch to another app?
The timer keeps correct time in the background. Beeps and vibration are played while Android keeps the app running, so for the most reliable cues keep Daily Reps open with the screen on during your workout.
Which Android versions are supported?
Android 8.0 (API level 26) and later.
